How will I know if 4imprint received my order? Once you place your order online, an order confirmation with your order number will be emailed to you.

What if I need a specific item that I can’t find on the Delta Ed store? If you need a special product, please contact 4imprint at [email protected] or call us at 800-589-8772. You may also browse and order from our direct marketing website at www.4imprint.com where you will find over 15,000 items.

How do I login? You are able to browse the entire site without an account login; however, to place an order you will need a User ID and password. Click on the Account Login button on the left side of your screen. Your User ID will be your email address and you will then assign your own password. Please remember your password. The website will capture and retain your contact information for all orders and you can use this User ID and password to track the status of your orders.

Do I need to send you my logo for my orders? 4imprint has all of the Delta Ed logos on file so you will not need to send us your logo.

What will shipping costs be on my order Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order as well as the transit distance from the vendor to your ship to location. Orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground.
