You have choices on promotional products for your tradeshows, customer and employee appreciation or for yourself! RR Donnelley and 4imprint have partnered in a preferred supplier relationship for all promotional products. 4imprint is your preferred supplier for branded hard good items such as pens, mugs, bags, tradeshow items, mints, badge holders, padfolios, apparel, golf items and much, much more. You may choose from IN-STOCK items which ship within 24 hours that proudly carry the RR Donnelley logo. There are also NON-STOCK items available in 2-12 working days which can have the RR Donnelley logo added to the items.

How do I reach 4imprint customer service? Customer service is available from 7:30-5:00 pm CST Monday thru Friday. We can help you with product questions, order status or help you find the specific item you need for your upcoming event. Call: 866-798-0082 for assistance.

How soon will my order for IN-STOCK items ship? Most stock orders are shipped the same day if ordered online or via phone by 12:00 noon CST. All items you see online in the store under the IN-STOCK area are pre-imprinted with the RR Donnelley logo.

How do I pay for my stock or non-stock orders? You may pay via your company P-card, company credit card or with your personal credit card. 4imprint accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club.

How will I know if 4imprint received my order? Once you place your order online an order confirmation with order number will be emailed to you. When your order ships from our warehouse an additional email will be sent to you with the tracking numbers.

What if I have a rush order? For orders that must ship today please call 4imprint customer service at 866-798-0082 to place your order. Calling into customer service will assist with assuring your order will ship on time today. Most stock orders are shipped the same day if ordered online or via phone by 12:00 noon CST.

How soon will a NON-STOCK order ship? All items you see in the store under the non-stock area are custom items, and minimum order quantities and lead time will apply. Lead time depends on the specific item and varies from 7-12 working days plus transit time. Please call 866-798-0082 for specific information.

What if I need a specific item that I can’t find on the RR Donnelley store? If you need a special product, please contact 4imprint at rrd@4imprint.com or call 866-798-0082. You may also browse our direct marketing website at www.4imprint.com for thousands of item ideas. Once you find items you are interested, please call or email customer service for your special RR Donnelley pricing.

How do I login? You are able to browse the entire site without an account login, but to place an order you will need a User ID and password. Click on the Account Login button on the left side of your screen. Your User ID will be your email address and you will then assign your own password. Please remember your password. The website will capture and retain your contact information for all orders and you can use this User ID and password to track the status of your orders.

Do I need to send you my logo for my non-stock order? 4imprint has the RR Donnelley logo on file in the art department. Simply advise customer service which logo you would like imprinted on your non-stock order. Customer service will send you a mock-up via email showing the imprint as it will appear on your order.

What if my office is in Canada? Please visit www.4imprint.ca where all items are priced in Canadian dollars.

What if my office is in Europe? You may browse, order and contact our 4imprint counter parts based in the United Kingdom. http://www.4imprint.co.uk/

What if I need to return an IN-STOCK item? Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order. 4imprint will reimburse the individual the full cost of the item if the product is returned because it was shipped to you in error, damaged or defected or has not been worn or used. In addition, if the merchandise was shipped to you in error or arrived damaged or defective, we will pay normal ground freight for the return. Please call or email (see below) prior to returning the merchandise to obtain shipping information.

Please enclose a copy of the original packing slip with the return, indicating on the reverse of the packing slip the reason for the return or the exchange requested. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include your order number. Please ship your returned package via a trackable shipping method.

Credit will not be issued for unauthorized returns. Sorry, no C.O.D. returns will be accepted.

What will shipping costs be on my IN-STOCK order? All orders with available stock items, will ship within 24 hours. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CST. Backorder items will ship as soon as available.
Ground shipments, continental U.S. (48 states):
Orders to $50.00................ $8.95
$50.01 to $100.00............... $10.95
$100.01 to $150.01.............. $12.95

For orders over $150, add 6% of the amount over $150.00 to the base Shipping and handling charges of $12.50. There will a surcharge for expedited Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 day shipments.
For orders shipping outside the continental U.S. (48 states), ask for a quote. There is a minimum $15.00 cost for international document preparation.

International Shipping: 4imprint can ship almost anywhere in the world. There is a $15.00 international shipping charge for international paperwork. Upon ordering for delivery outside the continental U.S. we will provide a freight quote. Your order will not ship until we have your approval of freight charges, excluding duties and taxes. You may call or E-mail 4imprint for that information directly. Due to the many variables of international shipping, every order is quoted individually.
